I live in Aberdeenshire, Scotland with my family, love the outdoors and am grateful for the mix of rural and city life we have on our doorstep.
With a background in science, I’m not a typical candidate for an HR team. However, shortly after graduating, I was fortunate to secure a training role within an HR department. The organisation generously supported me through my CIPD qualification, and I quickly followed that by funding my own MSc in HR Management. I've gained experience across most HR functions, but my strengths lie in areas that aren't a natural fit for most great HR professionals.
